Watch Rianna as she talks about the feeling of sadness. If you ever feel down or sad, the best thing you can do is accept it. It is not a negative statement. We will not be focusing on reasoning about our sadness, but rather on embracing it. Listening to our hearts is part of self-respect, and it is normal to experience these emotions.
We want to feel, identify, and accept our sadness. It means that if you feel like crying, yelling, or remaining silent, you should do so. Don't hold back or push it away. Allow yourself to cry, allow the tears to flow, and allow yourself to feel these sensations.
Sadness Reflection
She takes a deep breath and focuses on nature, higher powers, positivity, or whatever makes her feel peaceful. Next, consider what is making you sad, whether it is stress, losing someone, heartache, or hearing bad news. Whatever it is, accept it and accept the source of your sadness.
Consider what is causing you to cry or be upset. Is it realizing what another person is going through, what you're going through, or what someone said to you? Recognize the situation for what it is. Take a deep breath and exhale. As you exhale, you are going to let that stress go with it. Continue to breathe deeply until you feel a sense of calm and peace in your heart.
Don't second-guess yourself about why you feel the way you do.
You understand that feeling empathy for others and for oneself is a beautiful and natural part of life.
However, once the sadness has passed, embrace the love you have for yourself and others.

Rianna

Watch Rianna as she talks about worrying. She admits that she frequently worries about issues that aren't currently relevant. But through this experience, she learns to stop these thoughts and stop thinking that the worst will happen.
The best thing to do when your mind is racing is to make a mental note. You can start by taking three deep breaths. You can also close your eyes. This helps our mind to stop it from thinking negative thoughts. Often times when we worry, we let our minds run wild even without knowing the facts. Try to reflect on what you are worried about. By doing this, we can recognize if we are creating this inner anxiety.
2:12 Meditation For Anxiety and Worry
Always tell yourself that it is going to be okay.
2:27 Rianna introduces her favorite products for meditating
AIR Organic Eucalyptus Aromatherapy Spray – It is a significant product in terms of having set our minds. It also aids in the transcendence of our minds. She also mentions that she enjoys spraying this before going to bed. It brings her peace and calm.
Organic Hand Sanitizer, Lavender, and Lemon – Excellent for cleansing the space. Lavender and Lemon help to relax our senses.
CLEANSING - Verbena Aromatherapy with Selenite CANDLE – It contains Selenite, which is a healing gemstone. She adores this gem candle because it speaks to her. She also suggests that you find a candle that resonates to you.
Jade Crystal Gem Facial Mask For Anti-Aging + Cucumber Hyaluronic Hydration Calming & Restoring – This is an excellent meditation tool. It can care for our skin while we meditate. This is very important in combining both beauty and wellness.
She also advises you to do the meditation by finding a relaxing spot for additional rest or nap while using Jade Gem Mask.
4:32 Start of Meditation
A lot of this meditation is focused on our minds and whether or not what we are worried about what is real or if we are just making it up. When your mind is racing, you need to stop and be calm. The best way to do this is by meditation.
Close your eyes and take three deep breaths slowly. Stretch your neck and push your shoulders down. This is all about being aware of our mental state and releasing all of the tension in our bodies.
The next step is to ask ourselves what we are concerned about. Is this something that happened in the past? If it did, it is perfectly normal to feel this way. This means that we are still processing what happened. Continue to take deep breaths as you reflect with these questions.
Recognize that the mind has the ability to quickly imagine situations. Fear, anxiety, and even stress can drive it. The more we practice this meditation, the more we will notice when our mind is racing ahead. We need to take a deep breath and realize that this is not our true selves and that this is not truly happening right now; this habit does not serve us in living a healthy well-balanced life.
Continue to breathe deeply and relax your entire body. When you're ready, open your eyes slowly and take three deep breaths. Spend some time alone with yourself to process your thoughts.
She hopes that this meditation helps you gather your thoughts. You are not alone. We are working on this together. Make sure to reach out to a friend to put things into perspective if you need additional support.

]]>00:00 Introduction
Watch Rianna as she believes that this is an important topic that we should discuss because acknowledging jealousy will improve our outlook and relationships with others. It is also a self-reflection on what we lack in our lives.
Everyone experiences jealousy at some point in their lives. It can happen to a family member, a close friend, or a coworker. When you think about it, you're never jealous of someone who wants something you don't want; it's always something you wish you had. Jealousy is a huge reflection of our desires and goals. She also gives some examples of jealousy that occur frequently around us.
It is acceptable to admit our envy. It is beneficial to be aware of our emotions, and transform this negative mindset into a positive self-reflection. The first step is to acknowledge your emotion and embrace the feelings that we experience. Ask these questions to yourself; what do you desire? Are you missing something in your life? Where are you falling short in your life?
But keep in mind that there is always enough for everyone.
4:36 Guided Meditation – Jealousy
Rose Quartz represents LOVE + COMPASSION + KINDNESS + TENDERNESS

Benefits of Gem Mask:
She also suggested to apply either Rose Petal Serum or Rose Gold Face Oil before putting your Rose Quartz Gem Mask.
Benefits of Rose Gold Face Oil:

BENEFITS
5:33 Start of Meditation
Close your eyes and put on the Rose Quartz Gem Mask. You are going to relax and take a deep breath. Take as many deep breaths as you need.
Recognize the envy that we are feeling and identify what is it that we are jealous about and acknowledge what you desire. Next, envision who you are jealous of, and think about how she deserves that happiness just as you do, and to recognize that there is enough, not only for them but also for ourselves. Turn the negative thoughts into positive thoughts and know that we are protected by light and love. We will be happy for them just as you hope that they will be happy for you.
Lastly, we should be mindful of negative thoughts, especially those which portray us as victim and that the world is unfair to us. Not only do you surround your positive thoughts with them but we will also bring the positive thoughts to ourselves. You can stay in this position for as long as you want. Always remember that you are loved and cared for, and that there is always enough for you.
Take a bow and slowly open your eyes to end the meditation. Lastly, know how much you are loved. Self love is the greatest love.

She discusses checking in with ourselves both physically and emotionally for tension and anxiety. When we check in emotionally, we should recognize what makes us feel anxious. Ignoring the issues in our life can contribute to us feeling exhausted, both physically and mentally.
2:40 Mindful Check-In Body Scan (Self-guided exercise)
When we wake up exhausted, it is often due to a blockage between our mental and physical selves. The best way to do meditation is to go through the body from feet to head and relax your body.
Stretch your arms upwards and take deep slow breaths.
Next, she sprays Organic Hand Sanitizer, Lavender and Lemon on her hands and rubs it. She also recommended spraying the Eucalyptus Spray Air around your linens to bring clarity and a zen-like feeling.

]]>00:00 Introduction
Watch Rianna as she talks about how decluttering can lead to success. Having too much stuff around prevents you from accomplishing your goals. She shares her experiences that when there is too much clutter around her, she feels anxious and it can affect day-to-day activities.
She also discusses the connections between our inner and outer worlds. Take a moment to be mindful and recognize if the outer suddenly reflects the inner or vice versa.
Surround yourself with things that bring you joy and avoid things that bring you frustration and stress.
Priorities and make a project list.
Prioritize what’s most important to you to feel that your inner and outer world is at peace. Start to think about your day-to-day first and reflect on your activities. Then, make a list that bothers or prevents you from feeling centered and at peace. After you identify this, you should create a project of solving and solutions to prevent your list from happening again.
4:55 Self-Guided Meditation for Decluttering
Recommendation: bring a box in your room to easily pick out the items that you find no joy in and that we feel like it’s time to move forward without these items. You should make this a fast decision and listen to your heart.
You may need to take a bit more time with items that may have some form of sentimental value. Place them into a box. You'll perform a meditation and touch each object to determine whether it makes you happy. If it doesn't, it is time to let it go.
Products can be use during meditation
First, use Organic Lavender & Lemon Hand Sanitizer for cleansing the space and aromatherapy to help set the mood to clearing and cleansing our clutter internally and externally. You can also Eucalyptus spray the room with Eucalyptus Spray that brings clarity and a zen-like feel to relax.

Why Get Rid of Sentimental Items?
If your sentimental items are causing you anxiety and stress, it may be time to let them go. It's okay to admit that something in your life is no longer necessary. These are all material things that come and go in and out of our lives.
7:40 Start of Meditation
Take three bows. She then sits straight, opens her palms, and takes several long, deep breaths.
She thinks about the projects, priorities, and items. A gift is one of the most difficult items to declutter.
She considers whether this item represents something or someone, and she recalls in her heart that the sentimental value and essence of the giver's gift are already in her heart. After that, she places her hand on her chest. And reflect on it.
Make peace with the item and remind yourself that it is time to let go and move forward without these items. Stay in this position as long as you need.
When you're finished reflecting, take a bow to end your meditation.
(Product on the photo: CLEANSING - Verbena Aromatherapy with Selenite Candle)
Tips on How to Let Go or Donate your Sentimental Clutter
These sentimental items aren't always what we're looking for. We simply want to be closer to the memories that are important to us. Letting go of sentimental items that no longer bring us joy or comfort is a form of healing that allows us to truly value what is important.

]]>But first, what are Cryo-Therapy Ice Globes? Are they worth it? How is it effective?
Cryotherapy Ice Globes are a powerful tool for increasing circulation and blood flow to the skin's surface. Ice globes are wands made of glass or steel that are used to relax and de-puff the face.
Ice globes are cooling wands that are used in facials to reduce inflammation, redness, and the appearance of big pores. We appreciate how they tighten your skin and help to eliminate fine wrinkles by stimulating and exercising face nerves and muscles. This ice therapy is fantastic for acne recovery.
Ice works by tightening the skin by compressing blood vessels. As a result, blood rushes away from the face and returns refreshed and nutrient-rich. As a consequence, your skin will appear brighter and more radiant. The nutrients supply the skin with the building blocks it needs to increase suppleness and prevent wrinkles from appearing.
Icing tightens the blood vessels in your face, which can reduce the appearance of pores and wrinkles while also making you appear lighter, brighter, and more radiant overall.
Benefits:
How to use Cryo-Therapy Ice Globes:
We recommend to use:
Cucumber Serum which contains amino acids and hyaluronic which can be used during mask treatments or after to firm, protect and calm skin while reducing fine lines, and improving collagen and hydration, and;
Rose Petal Serum that made with real rose petals and rose water to naturally hydrate, reduce redness, and restore skin, marine water peptides to naturally boost collagen, and Vitamin C to brighten.

1) I put coconut oil in my hair (don’t go crazy w the amount and avoid the roots), put my hair in two tight braids and sleep w it as a deep conditioner. The next day I wash my hair twice and let my hair dry naturally bc my curls always looks great after I’ve given them some extra love.
2) I love taking an epsom salt bath and putting a big scoop of coconut oil in the tub with me. You get out and are so soft and moisturized.
3) I mix coconut oil with shea butter and use it as a super intense body moisturizer (Ry, my husband, also uses it in his hair and I use it on my fly always).

As a doula, coconut oil is great for:

2. Giving lymphatic massages to pregnant mamas to release tension and increase circulation and digestion.
3. Perennial massages in the weeks leading up to labor.
4. As a lubricant during sex.

Favorite Organic to Green Product: My favorite product is the all in one coconut oils. I love the ritual of massaging it onto my skin. I always carry it with me so I can take a moment during my day, breathe and reapply. It feels like a reset both physically, mentally and spiritually
Born: March 23, 1998 in Long Island, New York.
Live: Currently New York City for school
Dream Place to Live: NYC or somewhere in Europe
Profession: Student, Blogger and Stylist
Dream Profession: Creative Director
What do you love about your work?
I love how my work is my passion. I’m happy I can spread what I love doing and inspire others through my work and make them happy too. In addition, I love who I work with and all the new people I meet. I am constantly growing, learning, and creating.
Favorite Scents?
I just got hooked on a Zara perfume called Femme, that is a mix of floral and vanilla - it is so delicious! Also, who doesn’t love a men's cologne scent.
Your skincare routine day and night?
When I wake up I wash my face, moisturize, and spray Organic to Green Rose Coco Oil Mist before I apply makeup. At night, I’ll take off my makeup using Organic to Green Coco Oils, exfoliate when I need, mask then moisturize.
What is always in your fridge?
I always have fresh cut up fruit, greek yogurt and salad.
What is the craziest health or beauty hack you are trying right now?
If intermediate fasting is a crazy health hack then I am doing it right now haha. I fast for 6 hours from the moment I wake up and after the time is up I can eat anything. Healthy options of course, but it is really great if you want to see results quicker.
What is your creative outlet?
Photography, Blogging, Designing, Drawing, and Music
How would you explain your style?
My style depends on my mood, so sometimes it can be a sophisticated street style look, a comfortable vintage look, or an edgy taking on the town look
What’s your personal or life motto?
Do what you love no matter what anyone else thinks, because you can do anything you put your mind to.
If you had 3 hours of free time what would you do?
Shop and go to the gym which basically sums up me
Favorite song right now? I’m torn between Never, Never Gonna Give Ya Up by Barry White and I Remember by Deadmau5 and Kaskade
Coffee or Tea? Tea!
Favorite skincare item? Moisturizer
Morning or Night person? Morning person always
All you need is love and... Happiness
Favorite Organic to Green Product?
I love and religiously use the coco oils, but I just tried the Stars Pink Mask and it changed my life. I’m so obsessed on how it truly tightens, refreshens, and makes my skin look brand new feeling repaired and strong. I take a spoon of mask powder and put it into the Organic to Green Mask Kit bowl. I then apply water, mix it, and paint it on my face using the brush. I let it sit till its all dry then scrub it off with warm water. I’ll use it both morning and night and after anytime I use it, I always moisturize.

What does biohacking mean to you? To me biohacking is actually about choosing what’s healthiest for your body without being constrained by what current culture defines as normal. For me this generally means finding ways to provide my body and mind with conditions that it has evolved to grow from such as exercising outdoors, acute stress, complex movement patterns, time to relax and socialize while minimizing conditions my body is not evolved for like artificial lighting, processed foods, constant mental stress, etc.
Born Danville, California
Live Between Santa Monica and Newport Beach
Dream Place to Live California
Profession Digital Innovation
Dream Profession Owner of a health and wellness solutions business
What do you love about your work? Being a leader of change, working with teams to do things that were thought impossible.
What are your Favorite Scents? Spearmint, eucalyptus
Your skincare routine day and night? Super simple, I shower in morning and evening and use gentle face soap then use the Vanilla Chamomile coco oil as a face and body moisturizer.
What is always in your fridge? It depends on my diet at the time, right now I'm doing paleo, so you can find grass fed meat, lots of vegetables, greek yogurt, eggs, and bacon.
What is the craziest health hack you are trying right now? Earthing. Earthing is grounding yourself in order to get the benefits of negative ions/electrons similar to what you would get by walking barefoot by the ocean on the beach.. Earthing devices plug into the grounding port of a wall socket and by touching them with your bare skin give you the same benefits. The primary benefit is to reduce inflammation, which helps with recovery, injuries, feelings of stress, mental clarity and a whole host of other things.
What is your creative outlet? Movement practices. I have recently been getting more involved with different movement practices, these include things like animal flow, locomotion, crawling, hand standing, swinging, rolling, tumbling, jumping and balancing.
How would you explain your style? I like to dress for the occasion and mix elements of classic style with more laid back culture. For example, for work I will wear a t-shirt and tailored blazer with slacks and on the weekend I pretty much live in my board shorts.
What’s your personal or life motto? If you're not growing you're dying
If you had 3 hours of free time what would you do? Play, stretch, climb, crawl, lift, swim, run, talk, relax, meditate.
Coffee or Tea? Water
Morning or Night person? Both
All you need is love and a good attitude
Favorite Organic to Green Product and why? The Eucalyptus Spray... I love to use it in the shower and it totally transforms a regular shower to an amazing aromatherapy spa treatment. Also, the Vanilla Chamomile Coco Oil because it's a natural moisturizer and doesn’t have any artificial or synthetic like other products in the market and I actually know what's in the product.

TOXIC FREE MARKET® STORY:
“TOXIC FREE MARKET was founded by James Uberti, a health and wellness author and environmental toxins expert who has devoted his life to this cause. For the past 10 years, he has studied and authored anti-aging and weight loss books and articles, with topics ranging from obesogens, reversing the aging process to toxic free dieting. He is a fitness enthusiast, triathlete and nutritionist. One day, he discovered that the "organic and non-toxic" personal care and household cleaning products he was using, still included known harmful ingredients despite the label saying it was organic or non-toxic. How could this be, he thought? What was the point of spending time searching for a healthier alternative, often paying more, and still being exposed to hormone disrupting, fat fertilizing obesogenic and cancer causing toxic chemicals?”
FIRST NON-TOXIC CERTIFIED ORGANIC MARKETPLACE
TOXIC FREE MARKET® is America’s first non-toxic certified organic marketplace for people and pets worldwide, from baby to personal care to household and everything in between. We certify that the products labeled as organic, natural or non-toxic you use in your home or on your body are actually made without toxic ingredients that are known or suspected to harm human health. Though many products sold today claim they are natural, non-toxic or organic, the truth is they are not free from all known toxic chemicals or harmful ingredients, despite the claims on their labels. According to the FDA, personal care products, cosmetics cleaning products, even baby and pet care products can advertise to be "natural" or "organic" as long as just one ingredient was derived from a plant or mineral. In addition, for a product to qualify as "non-toxic" simply means that less than 50% of animal test subjects were fatally harmed after being
THEIR MISSION
"We strive, every day, to provide the best example we can for offering trustworthy, non-toxic products. The wellbeing of people and the planet is our mission. Our passion is fueled by the simple yet profound joy of making it easier for people and pets to live a toxic free life.” – Founder, James Uberti

Live: Technically, I’m currently homeless. I’ve been traveling the globe for the past year, and now am figuring out where I’m going to nest for a while. I’m thinking it might be Asheville, NC, to be near my sister during her first pregnancy. But I’m also looking at other places, including Austin and Boston. (It’s just a happy coincidence that they rhyme.)
Dream place to live: My dream living situation would be to split the year between places. I’m a weird mix of nomad and nester. One example of a dream situation would be the following: I’d love to live 6 months of the year in Hawaii, then spend 4 months in Edinburgh, and the remaining two months wandering wherever my fancy takes me. Though, even that would likely need to be changed up after a while.
Born: Kentucky
Profession: Jane of Many Trades, really. Though, Wellness Professional covers most of them. Here are all my ‘official’ titles: Licensed massage therapist, licensed esthetician, certified yoga instructor, certified reiki practitioner, professional tarot consultant, health and lifestyle coach, and freelance writer.
Dream profession: I’m living it …
What do you love about your work? Practically everything! I love being able to take what I’ve learned from my years of study and practice and using it to be of service to others. Helping folks learn how they can live the best life possible with ease, enjoyment, and vitality really lights me up inside.
Favorite Scents? Generally, I primarily enjoy natural scents - essential oils are a fixture in my life. I like them all, but my go-tos are peppermint, lavender, rose otto, neroli orange, bergamot, geranium, and a beautiful blend of lavender and sandalwood. The one human-made scent I do love is Chanel no. 5. I also love the smell of babies (clean ones, of course), fresh cut grass, rain, wisteria flowers, honeysuckle, and ripe fruit.
Beauty ritual/routine: My beauty routine is fairly simple. First and foremost, I work to cultivate the highest state of vibrant health possible. A healthy body on the inside is beautiful on the outside. I stay hydrated. Try to get good quality regular copious sleep. I make an effort to get regular sunshine and fresh air. Move my body regularly. I moisturize my face and body with oils, and exfoliate when I need it. And I avoid unnatural chemicals as much as possible. I also like to relax in a bath full of bubbles and/or flower petals and really pamper myself when I’m starting to feel a little run down. This always helps me get back to center and reconnects me with myself.
What is your creative outlet? I have about a million creative outlets. I write, make videos, color, draw, dance, reorganize and rearrange spaces, sing, play, embroider, make jewelry, do sewing project, and lots of other crafts. This list could get very long, but that’s a decent sampler.
How would you explain your style? Eclectic, for sure. I can switch from pink to punk in a matter of minutes. I don’t like to be tied down to one defining style or attitude. If something intrigues me, I’ll explore it and take what works.
Personal or life motto? Here are a few of my favorite quotes that sum it up quite nicely: “Slow and steady wins the race.” “A little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men.” “Life is not about finding yourself, it’s about creating yourself.”
Favorite song right now? I don’t think I could ever pick one favorite. It’s probably pretty clear by now that I have very eclectic tastes and preferences. Music, for me, is very mood driven, so it really depends on how I’m feeling as to what music I’m listening to. However, this morning I was listening to come Cocteau Twins during my yoga practice. It was really working for me in that moment.
If you had 3 hours of free time what would you do? Whatever was inspiring me in the moment! But it’s quite possible that I’d be inspired to get into the woods for a hike.
All you need is love and … someone to share it with!
Favorite Organic to Green product & how do you use it? Honestly, I’ve loved every Organic to Green product I’ve tried, but I think my favorite is the Chap Guard. I have a tendency toward drier skin, and it’s the perfect thick consistency to provide lasting moisture without leaving a greasy after-feel. It’s brilliant!
I use it to moisturize face and body, for lip care, to treat my hands and feet, as a makeup remover. I’ve used in on my hair to help keep frizz at bay and to protect my ends. I’ve added some sugar to the oil and created a luxurious exfoliating scrub. It’s great for my massage clients - especially for facial massage. And it makes a nice pre- and post-treatment for body and facial waxing.

Dream place to live: Excited to say after living in a few different cities that this could be my dream place to live. This, or London! Would love to do part time.
Born: OHIO! It’s as boring as it seems, ha.
Profession: Digital Marketer, Blogger and Podcaster
Dream profession: Owner of my own media company that includes my blog, podcast, more travel and more of an impact!
What you love about your work: I love that with blogging, I can express myself with the written word, create things and share. Especially with travel, I LOVE being able to share cool places I’ve been with people. For the podcast, it’s probably my favorite thing ever. I LOVE interviewing and learning from people, laughing and putting a spotlight on amazing humans through the platform. Podcasting is the real me. You get to know my personality and who I am.
Favorite Scents: I love Alien by Thierry Mugler as a perfume, and any sort of oils or vanillas on my body all the time.
Beauty Ritual: I like to keep it simple. I use Organic to Green on my body after I shower and before bed, it makes my skin really soft and I LOVE that there’s only one or two ingredients. For my face, I use Dermalogica gentle face wash, a vitamin C serum, and moisturizer from MORE a new brand I discovered. I moisturize a lot, but the biggest beauty key is eating well and sleeping!
Creative Outlet: Podcasting – definitely! I feel like sharing stories, asking questions, finding amazing people to interview, and sharing their story is so creatively fulfilling. Plus, building a business, branding Almost 30 Podcast, and more helps to keep me always thinking in a business/creative mindset.
Fashion Style: Most days, it’s lazy person, HA. But when I try, it’s bohemian with a bit of an edge. I love brands like Show Me Your Mumu for their patterns and fit, Zara for their city feel and Zimmerman for the feminine flair.
Life Motto: Keep it One Hundred. That’s why I named my blog The Hundred Blog, because I like to always keep it real, honest and raw. It’s important too, to always do everything all the way. I do things either zero to 100. I go all in.
Favorite Organic to Green product: I love the Liquid Coconut Oil Rose – it smells and feels so so good and I love the anti-aging properties.
How you use your Organic to Green: I use the coconut oil for EVERYTHING. I LOVE that it’s so simple, First as a natural amazing makeup remover! It’s easy to get everything off with one product and my skin doesn’t feel dry. I also used to just dry shave, and my skin was never soft or moisturized after, so now I use it when shaving, I just apply and shave and my skin feel so much better! Last, I add it to other lotions I have for extra hydration and to make it absorb better. It’s just easy to use for everything!
Current Favorite Song: Congratulations by Post Malone
If you had 3 hours of free time, you would: I wouldn’t know what to do with myself, to be completely honest. I cannot remember the last time I had more than an hour to myself. I keep me days super packed! If I had 3 hours of free time I would probably work – HA. OR I would get a massage at The Now, go to Erewhon and get some amazing treats for way too much, then hang with my boyfriend a bit.
All you need is love and…. A good meditation practice truly! It’s a game changer, it’s not comfortable at first, but helps with everything. Mood, energy levels, mental health…I use Tara Brach’s Podcast – she is the BEST. It’s free on iTunes!
